Will you be providing sessions in summer?

Yes we will be! Sessions will start on the 7th July 2025.

What material is covered during summer?

Summer sessions will serve as revision of Maths and English, which will be tailored according to the students' needs. We will also provide Reading Support sessions for all year groups and Maltese Conversation sessions for Years 1-6.

Is the classroom suitable for the summer heat?

Yes, the classroom is fully air conditioned.

Will you be providing sessions in winter?

Yes, lessons have currently started. You can book online via the homepage. ​

What does the winter schedule include?

Homework sessions, Daily Revision sessions (support in Maths and English) for Years 1-6. We also provide daily Reading Support sessions from Monday to Saturday and Maltese Conversation sessions on during the week.

What subjects or areas do you offer tutoring in?
Maths and English revision, homework support, Maltese Conversation and English/Maltese Reading.

What primary years do you provide for?
Years 1 to 6.

How long are tutoring sessions? 
1 hour.

Do you offer online tutoring?
Not yet! All our sessions are done in-person at our studio in Birkirkara.

Can I pay by cash?
No, all payments need to be paid through the website. 

When can I book sessions?
Sessions can be booked online at least 24 hours before the session starts.

Do you provide stationery?
We provide copybooks for the students as part of the package. However, they are expected to bring their own writing supplies.

​

Do you provide water?
Students are encouraged to bring their own bottle, however, we will provide if requested.

​

What time should I drop off a student?
As early as 5 minutes before their scheduled lesson is about to start.

​

What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel online up until 12 hours before your child's session.

​

What happens if I do not cancel in time?
The session will be lost and will not be refunded. 

​

What if I decide to cancel my value pack / membership?
Please contact Ms. Midja directly; canceled memberships or value packs are not eligible for reimbursement of lessons.

What are your prices and are there any discount packs for multiple sessions?
Study Studio Malta offers a range of value packs and memberships that will suit flexible schedules and come at a discounted price. Alternatively, you can book individual sessions at full price.

As a member, where can I view and edit my account and students details?

After logging in, pressing your account name on the top right of the screen allows you to access the members menu. From there, you can make use of the My Account page to update your details.

How can I reschedule a booking?
